Congrats!! You have just taken the first step to owning an online business. Here is how we will proceed:

  1. We are going to schedule a call with you. In that call we will help you figure out your specific needs and situation
  2. There will be a bit of paperwork to finish that we will use to match your buyer’s skills to the best businesses on the market. This paperwork includes a buyer questionnaire, agency agreement and (if needed) forms for financing qualification
  3. We go searching for that business for you.
  4. Once we find one, we will work towards helping you through contract negotiation and closing to include:
    – Locating 3rd party services (auditors) like lawyers, due diligence companies, escrow services, etc.
    – Submitting and revising offers
    – Understanding the assets and liabilities of the business.
    – Closing and transferring of business
  5. Lastly, once you have purchased your online business you will gain access to our extensive network of vendors who can help you grow your new business once it’s purchased.

Our goal is to get you to refer us to your friends and family and we know you won’t do that unless the experience is awesome.
